  The gentleman from Crown Damp Proofing I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient. He took time to explain the likely cause of my upstairs 'black mould' and also that I may well not require the services of a damp company. He said by all means get a roofer to check the roof if I suspect a leak, but this problem is almost always the result of condensation and lack of air circulation. I am satisfied with his explanation and will be calling them again if I require a damp professional in the future. Thank you Crown.
