  Absolutely useless. Apartment I moved into was filthy (including excrement in the toilet) and despite moving out in Jan, still haven't received deposit back (April now) after they tried charging me for fixtures in place upon moving in.. and £20 for supposedly finding crumbs somewhere. You'll never get a response to them from email, or a consistent answer on the phone.
