  After contacting Peter Alan numerous times regarding a reference for a potential tenant I was going to rent too, I was let down a lot and I had to chase up every email I had sent. After waiting at least 5 calendar days with no contact I decided to phone up head office and sort it out over the phone. I was greeted with a very helpful member of staff (Dominee) who certainly went out of their way and was very apologetic but promised to get my matter sorted ASAP. I only wish every member of staff was like Dominee and true a credit to the company.
  Within 10 minutes of getting off the phone I had everything through via email. Can't fault Dominee.
