  Disgusting service by a company who knows we have been without hot water for almost a week.
  Agreed to return with specially ordered part to fix problem. I phoned again to confirm appointment date the day before scheduled repair and was told part had been delivered. However, they Did not turn up for appointment! Decided to the call the receptionist who informed us that the wrong part had been ordered - didn't think of letting us know sooner.
  She said she would call straight back. She didn't call back. Tried to call her but she wouldn't answer. Tried mobile number, it rang a few times on first attempt to call, but on other attempts to call the mobile was switched off! Truly unprofessional.
