  After a simple admin error with account details that led to me having to contact them a number of times regarding money owed to me I spoke with a man named Peter Hand who screamed down the phone at me, swore at me then when I asked who I speak to regarding complaining he told me to 'speak to who the hell I want' and hung up. I called back to complain and spoke to a man named Graham claiming to be his manager and he also was extremely rude, initially refused to give me the first mans name, called me a liar then told me they were doing me for fraud and that I was in the wrong and I would not be getting my refund due to me! Clearly they thought as I was female they could treat me like dirt! After my partner called and advised he would be coming to the showroom as they clearly cant resolve issues over the phone I suddenly received an email of apology and the money they owed me in my bank within an hour! The complaint I will be raising regarding these individuals will be taken to the highest level. Do not use this company!!!

  Arranged an test drive for a Passat GTE as have to get a hybrid company car, and 3 weeks in a row, an hour before the test drive it was cancelled, as the car was unavailable. Thanks VW Cardiff!!! Time wasters.

  Lee the service manager is the most rudest person I've every delt with. my car went in for a egr recall, car came back with the complete subframe lose, and they have damaged my driveshalf which they will not fix. Left my kids life at risk by making me drive it around with the subframe not bolted to the car! Told me to drive it to the dealership didn't want to pick it up. They have no dealership manager and Lee the service advisor just told me I will have to pay for the damage caused by them and leaving it not roadworthy. Will be in touch with trading standards, X-ray and will be filing a claim against them. SAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK IF YOU HAVE YOUR CAR TOUCHED BY THEM!! this is a honest review worth taking note. Always been a customer off there's and they have lost it and will spread the bad word about them
